Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, at The Hair Index we have a strict NO REFUND policy so please ensure you are certain about your order before purchase. We are sure you won’t have any problems with our hair but if for any reason you require an exchange this will be available upon inspection if your request is placed within 14 days after purchase.

All hang tags and plastic seals must still be on each bundle and the hair must be returned in original packaging. Please make sure the hair has not been dyed, bleached or tampered with.

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure that you have the correct length, color, texture, and quality as desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair, without cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product. We also recommend combing through the hair with a loop brush to inspect for shedding or tangling for your own piece of mind, with the hair secured in the zip ties. Once the hair is used we are limited on what we can do to help you if a problem arises.

THI will not be responsible for mail fees and proof of purchase must be provided along with hair. Please send all bundles through secured tracking as we will not be liable for lost exchanges.

Please email thehairindex@gmail.com for exchanges. Please include your order number, reason for exchange and new required bundle lengths.

Once we have received your hair if your request is accepted and approved please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed. Please note: all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
